Free delivery is within the UK only and is sent via Hermes Standard Delivery
*To qualify for this you must have spent £50 after any discount is applied

Shop House Coffee Roastery lead time
We aim to dispatch twice a week in line with our roasting schedule, we plan to dispatch every Thursday & Monday. Once dispatched the delivery lead time will be as below.

Postal company lead times
Hermes Standard Delivery 3-5 working days.
Items will be posted to the shipping address received during the checkout process.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a return & refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.

All shipping back to Shop House Coffee Roastery is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Shop House Coffee Roastery cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect orders
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged the Shop House Coffee Roastery will, upon receipt of photographic evidence, offer a replacement or refund policy, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods.
